Diana H. Branthoover

Diana H. Branthoover is a tax partner with the firm and has seventeen years of public accounting experience.  She is a graduate of California State University, Bakersfield, with a degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting.  She joined Brown Armstrong in 2003 after working at other local firms.

Diana is the partner in charge of the Shafter office.  As an active leader in the community, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Shafter Chamber of Commerce and the Shafter Rotary Foundation, and is currently the Treasurer for both organizations.  In addition, she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Diana has extensive experience in providing accounting and tax compliance services to various industries including agri-business and construction.  She also has experience in tax and estate planning.

Diana prefers working directly with her clients to provide them with the highest quality service possible.
